Course Description

An in-depth investigation of the concepts, tools, and techniques used in the management and measurement of Quality, productivity. Topics include basic statistics and probability; process variation; statistical process control charting and capability analysis for process, product, and management systems; an introduction to design of experiments (DOE) in business and industry.
