Course Description Introduces business performance excellence (BPE) including history of Quality Sciences, Six Sigma, and Deming's Theory of Profound Knowledge. Addresses use of strategic planning, policy deployment and Total Asset Utilization to exceed customer requirements and maximize profitability. Topics addressed strategically and tactically through case analysis, field study, and experiential learning.
