The Center offers seminars that address specific areas within business today. These seminars are shorter than full training classes and usually give an overview of the topic as an introduction. These seminars are not only fun and educational, they could be the key to creating sense of urgency for the change you are trying to initiate.

BPE Overview PDF Print E-mail

Description

This overview can be from four to eight hours long. It presents the Business Performance Excellence model, along with case studies from businesses such as Earthgrains, Inland Steel, ALCOA, and Anheuser-Busch. The case studies will be chosen from companies similar to the one(s) the attendees are familiar with.

Course outcomes

At the end of the seminar the attendees will be familiar with the BPE model and have seen how the model is implemented in a number of different businesses. They will have sufficient information to determine if implementing BPE will help their business.

Intended audience

This overview is intended for the executive leadership of the company.
